How do downloads work?
After PayFast confirms your payment, your download buttons appear on screen straight away and the same links are emailed to you. Each link stays valid for 14 days and can be used up to 5 times, so save your files somewhere safe.
Which file types will I receive?
Most designs are high-resolution PNG files (many with a transparent background). Some planners and activity sheets are PDF files, and some complete sets arrive as a single ZIP file containing all the PNG designs. The product page tells you which file you get.
Printing tips
Print at home on good-quality paper or card, or take the file to any print shop. Choose 'actual size' or '100%' in your print settings so nothing is cropped. For mugs, tumblers and stickers, use the PNG with your sublimation, DTF or sticker setup.
Can I sell the designs?
For personal use only – not for resale or bulk/commercial printing. Please don't resell, share or redistribute the files themselves.
How can I pay?
All payments go through PayFast, South Africa's secure payment gateway. You can pay by card, Instant EFT, Apple Pay and other methods where available in PayFast.
I live outside South Africa – can I buy?
Yes. Printables are delivered digitally, so you can buy from anywhere. Pay by card through PayFast; you are charged in South African Rand (ZAR) and your bank converts it to your currency.
Delivery for physical products
Tumblers, gifts and other physical products are delivered to a PUDO locker for R99, free on orders over R950. You can also arrange your own Courier Guy delivery and pay them directly. The Moon Wall Lamp ships by courier quote. Printables have no delivery charge.
